Collecting FortiWeb Data for TAC Investigation

When opening a problem ticket to a TAC, most of the time one of the first thing they will tell us to do is collecting some data using some CLI command. To make their (and our) life easier, we can run the following command first before opening a ticket.

Some of the command they tell us to run through:

get system status
diagnose system ha status
get system performance
diagnose hardware mem list
diagnose hardware cpu list
diagnose hardware harddisk list
diagnose system mount list
diagnose debug crashlog show
diagnose system top (run for 30 seconds, press 'q' to stop)
diagnose system perf (run for 30 seconds, press 'q' to stop)

Compile all the output into a single TXT file, and then send them as an attachment to your TAC ticket/partner support.
